4. Payment and Billing

- Fees are charged monthly or as per the selected subscription plan.

- Payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, or bank transfers.

- Payments are non-refundable once the service month has begun.

- Late or missed payments may result in service suspension.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

- Subscriptions may be canceled with a 30-day written notice.

- Early termination before the 6-month minimum may incur charges.

- No refunds will be given for unused visits or partial months.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate health and contact information.

- Communicate changes in medical condition or emergency contacts promptly.

- Use the platform and support channels respectfully.

7. Limitations of Service

- We do not offer emergency or critical care services.

- We are not a hospital or primary healthcare provider.

- We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party providers.
